To register an account and place a listing with Lets1.com you must agree to the following terms and conditions. Lets1.com refers to the website and its owners and employees.

You, the user:

Must provide current, complete and accurate information about yourself and the property or properties you are advertising. All information must be as accurate as possible; anyone found using false information will have their account suspended indefinitely without question.

• Must keep your password safe at all times and must not pass it on to any third party.
• When listing on Lets1.com you must ensure that you do not breach The Property Misdescriptions Act (1991). Lets1.com accepts no responsibility from any misuse of our service; you (the property seller) are responsible for supplying correct information to potential buyers. Lets1.com:

• Recommends that all particulars provided on this website are independently checked before entering into any transaction or contract.
• And its respective owners accept no responsibility for any damages or mishaps caused by using one or more of our services.
• Will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to any third party.
• Reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Upon any such change, Lets1.com will post the amended Terms and Conditions on its Site and thereby notify you that they have been changed. The amended Terms and Conditions shall automatically become effective immediately after they are initially posted on this site and any use of this site after such date shall be subject to the amended Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the site after the posting of the amended Terms and Conditions on this site constitutes your acknowledgement of the modifications and agreement to abide by them.
• Will respond to any customer enquiries within 48hours of them being received.

Refunds

Lets1.com will provide a refund minus a £10 administration charge to any customer who requests it within a 48-hour period of payment subject to the conditions of Note 1. If Lets1.com is at fault a FULL refund will be considered subject to the conditions of Note 1.

Note 1: Due to the nature of our service refunds will not be provided in either instance if the customer has received correspondence from a potential buyer, as our service will be seen as consumed.

Other

Lets1.com reserves the right, without liability, to modify or discontinue any part of the site functionality, temporarily or permanently.

Lets1.com shall give you the maximum amount of notice of any modification or discontinuance as is practicable in the circumstances. Such notice will be made by lets1.com by e-mail and by posting the changes on this site.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Let1.com is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. However due to listing of properties around the world it would be stated that the law of that country, city or state would be enforceable for the relevant property or user.

CONTACTING A LETTING AGENT

When contacting a letting agent from the Lets1.com Website the agent may use your details and add them to their mailing list. Lets1.com are not responsible for the use of your personal information by the letting agents once you have contacted them via the Lets1.com website. It is your responsibility to verify any information that you may obtain on the Lets1 Site with independent authorities before acting on it. It is also your responsibility to use suitable anti-virus software on any material that you may download from the Lets1 Site and to ensure the compatibility of such software with your equipment.

Limitation of liability
